Pricing and Arrangments Negotiable!

Well it's coming down to crunch time and we would love to sell, but we would certainly be willing to rent or lease. We're asking 1300.00/mo in rent which would include HOA fees and negotiable furnishings.

The basement units here have gone fast. We are now the only unit in Rock Creek with a basement and to our knowledge, the only townhome available with a finished basement in all of Rexburg. We really feel our place has some great things going for it in addition to the basement (see below, but we love having the end unit, a fantastic master bed/bath, a wood floor, higher end fixtures, a 2 car garage, and good neighbors)! If we didn't have to move for school we would not hesitate to raise our growing family in this home.
