We have enjoyed living here and feel it has been a good investment. However, since my husband is planning on attending law school in the fall we felt that selling it would be a lot easier than finding renters for 3 yrs with how much we'd have to ask to cover our mortgage. We feel this is a great investment property or even a family dwelling. We have lived here for over a year with our four children and don't feel that we are too big for it.
